My little "haiku napkin" piece won third place in :iconmoyanii:'s haiku memo contest!

And I didn't have to bribe nobody! I get a neat 3 month sub and (I guess!) two prints of the card B karuta card, which features one of my lil haiku from way back in '07~. A very thoughtful prize if I say so myself! :D

Hi - I have started a giant linked haiku poem in preparation for 'HaikuThon'. I thought it might be a good way to get everyone in the mood over the next few days. It's called the 'Haiku Chain Gang Challenge'. We have 29 poems in the chain - I would love you to add some too!

Wasn't going to jump you for something, but since you offered...

Hm, well, I've been looking around for a new literature preview (maybe something green to match my page and with "nycterent" and "poetry/prose/literature/writings/something" on it - simple and sleek). If that hits no muses over the head, I'd like a poem. Make it a rictameter. Yes, I like that idea. :love:
